wondering what you should've done differently.

You wonder if leadership could feel lighter...

without lowering expectations or results.

You're capable and respected...

yet leadership still feels heavier than it should.

You hesitate to speak up until you're 100% sure...

and sometimes miss the moment.

You carry the weight of leadership home with you...

even when the day is technically over .

You perform well on the outside...

but inside you're working much harder than anyone realizes.

You succeed...

then immediately move on to the next thing without acknowleging the win.

Are you leading a team loaded with potential but are having trouble unlocking it?

…Let’s build a motivating and successful team culture by identifying and replacing barriers with creative solutions.

Do you need a little more confidence/less doubt or fear to go for that promotion or to tackle that project?

...Let’s use your mindset to overcome limiting beliefs and develop trust in yourself and the learning process.

Are you concerned that your employees are feeling burned out due to change and stress?

...Let’s prioritize purpose, values, and wellness strategies that rejuvenate employees at work and at home.

How can you excel in a world full of competitors and work/life balance demands?

...Let’s create plans and goals that align with your authenticity to empower you with a limitless mindset.

Would you like to achieve success without the burden of stress and constant struggle?

...Let’s find ways to bring fun and enjoyment into what you’re doing, allowing for relief and effortless progress.

You don’t have to work 24 hours a day to achieve your dreams.

…Let’s create a success plan that applies to your goals, supports your progress, and leads to achievement.

Do you worry about what could go wrong at work,
or at home?

…Let’s work to create action plans with safety nets that set you
up for success.

Would you like to re-infuse passion, positivity, and fulfillment into your work, your team, and your life?

…Let’s explore what’s missing in your happiness equation and regain it for a fully engaged and energized life.

A Different Approach to Leadership Development

I developed Links to Leadership™

using real-world golf & work parallels to make learning more engaging, practical, impactful, and fun.

It's a unique leadership development experience that focuses on Leadership Skills & Leadership Identity, together, to form an unshakable Leadership Presence ...

especially when the pressure hits.

Golf is the context Leadership is the work.

The Links to Leadership™ Formula:

Leadership Skills + Leadership Identity = Leadership Presence

Designed to help leadership feel like it's yours;

real, and usable ... not theoretical.

Especially when you're successful on the outside,

but something feels off on the inside

Each Links to Leaderdhip stage begins in a golf scenario, where awareness comes naturally, pressure softens, and

you feel what it's like to trust yourself again.

💼 From there, the same insights are applied to challenging, real-world leadership moments

Where how you lead stays true, steady, and aligned ... creating confidence you can trust, energy that lasts, and leadership that still feels like you.

So that...

You don’t lose yourself when things get intense

You don’t second-guess decisions you already know are right

You don’t walk away wondering why leadership feels so hard

Leadership Skills

Like an experienced leader, look beyond execution to understand how skills create ripple effects, shaping:

• Your experience in the moment
• How others respond to you
• The outcomes that unfold
• What becomes possible next

See your skills, and your leadership, in an entirely new way.

Leadership Identity

Explore the inner dialogue that quietly runs the show ...

how You Feel when you lead with strength from within ...

and what becomes possible when you trust and believe in yourself.

Your Ideal Leadership Identity comes to life... naturally.

Leadership Presence

When skills and identity align, leaders move with steadiness and self-trust, responding naturally, without forcing or second-guessing ... feeling strong, and calm.

This is what it feels like to be the the leader you always knew you were.

Why Golf Works So Well For Leadership

Golf is one of the most honest mirrors of leadership.

Not because it's about the swing, but because it reveals what shows up 'between the ears' ...

• Confidence and Self-trust

• Pressure and Recovery

• Focus vs. Distraction

• The Self-talk after a missed shot

• The ability to Stay Steady and still Enjoy the game

Leadership works the same way.

Links to Leadership™, with golf as the backdrop, creates a safe, engaging way for leaders to practice, reflect, experiment, and grow ... without judgment.

You don't need to play golf to benefit, you just need to lead.

What Links to Leadership Is All About

Leadership has two experiences happening at the same time:

The Outer Experience

What you’re doing in the moment:

Leadership Skills

They're the capabilities you draw from when leadership is required ...

your communication, decision-making,

problem-solving, and actions (as others experience them).

In the moment, this looks like:
What you say

How you decide

Where you focus

How you move situations forward.

Why it matters:
Your leadership becomes visible, and your skills shape trust, momentum, and results ...
influencing how others experience your leadership and whether progress feels clear

or complicated.

The Inner Experience

What you’re thinking & feeling in the moment:

Leadership Identity

It's your inner experience shaping how you lead (and usually never said out loud)...

your thoughts, self-talk, emotions, and what you take things to mean about yourself as situations unfold.

In the moment, this looks like:
What you tell yourself before you speak

How you interpret pressure

Who you become when expectations are high

Why it matters:
Your inner experience quietly influences your confidence, clarity, and presence ...
affecting whether your leadership feels steady and aligned, or tense and effortful.

Your skills are always expressed through your

Inner Experience.

Links to Leadership™ helps leaders align the two,

so how you lead finally matches who you know yourself to be.

At A Glance:

How The Program Works 💼

Links to Leadership is a 3-Stage program.

The program is preceeded by the ELI™ Assessment, with a personalized, Zoom delivered, debrief for each participant.

Recognized by the Forbes Coaches Council as the #3 Assessment Every Executive Should Take, the ELI is foundational to the program, helping leaders to concretely see their current inner experience under normal conditions, and under stress.

The assessment is eye-opening, and it creates a baseline for growth.

(More ELI details listed below)

Stage 1

The Practice Range

Here, we expand leadership skills, in real time, looking through the multi-dimensional lens of high-level leadership:

How it impacts your own effectiveness

How it impacts the experience of others

How it impacts the desired outcomes

What opportunities and possibilities the skill creates when applied intentionally.

This perspective allows leaders to move beyond execution and into strategic, forward-thinking leadership.

This stage often brings a surprising realization:

Many leaders already have more capability than they think ...

And new confidence emerges simply by seeing their skills through a new

leadership lens.

Stage 2

The Mastery Clinic

This stage brings awareness to the inner experience of leadership ...

the internal messages and patterns that support peak performance, as well as those that may unintentionally hold them back.

It allows leaders to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity

under pressure.

Participants explore their ideal leadership identity by examining...

values, purpose, motivation,

confidence, trust, capability,

possibility, and opportunity

... and how each impact behaviors & outcomes.

For many leaders, this is where something quietly shifts ... old internal narratives loosen, clarity increases, and leadership begins to feel more grounded and self-directed.

Stage 3

The Championship Tournament

Leadership Skills + Leadership Identity = Leadership Presence

Participants practice integrating leadership skills and identity to create their personal Leadership Presence ... using real-world, high-pressure scenarios.

This stage strengthens leaders’ ability to remain clear, confident, and intentional, allowing leadership to show up consistently under pressure.

This stage fills in the missing link … When leaders reconnect with who they are while doing the work, they create confidence and steadiness that carries into every situation. “I lead from who I am, wherever I am.”

Optional

Experiential Add-On:

The L2L 18-Hole Leadership Challenge™

Organizations may choose to add an optional L2L 18-hole Leadership Challenge™ designed to bring learning to life.

Each hole includes a custom golf / leadership prompt or challenge, creating a memorable way to practice focus, communication, confidence, and application in real time.

This on-course experience can be:

     • Adapted for non-golfers

     • Designed for individuals or teams

The purpose is simple: to integrate learning in a fun, meaningful, and practical way, while reinforcing confidence and connection.

* Some groups choose to include the challenge at the conclusion of a specific stage, while others use it as a capstone experience after the full program.

Tools for Leadership Insight

ELI Assessment*...

The Foundational Insight Tool

This proprietary, attitudinal assessment supports all three stages of the Links to Leadership journey by helping leaders understand their inner experience, especially under stress.

The ELI focuses on the dynamic nature of your energy, providing tangible insights for actionable plans.

Delivered prior to stage 1, leaders experience the research-based assesment with custom (Zoom delivered) debrief.

It provides powerful self-awareness around:

➤ How you respond to pressure and challenge

➤ What motivates your decisions

➤ What drains your energy

➤ What fuels confidence, engagement, and clarity

The ELI gives leaders a shared, non-judgmental language to understand themselves, and others.

With this awareness, leaders gain clarity, confidence, and consistency, especially in demanding situations.

THE RESULT:

  • Leaders don't just gain skills, they gain trust.

  • They don't just perform better, they feel better doing it.

  • They learn how to minimize the default tendencies that hold them back, and instead create powerful thoughts and actions that propel them forward.

  • They don't just lead more effectively, they become more of the leader they aspire to be.

What Becomes Possible Through Coaching

Coaching helps leaders reconnect with confidence, clarity, and leadership presence ... so how you intend to lead is how you actually show up.

What Is Coaching?

The Results

Coaching helps leaders reconnect with confidence, clarity, and leadership presence ... so how you intend to lead is how you actually show up.

It begins with awareness, which

for most clients, starts with the Energy Leadership Index™ (ELI) Assessment, which brings clarity to how you think, lead, and respond... especially when things feel demanding.

From there, coaching becomes a highly personal experience, shaped around what matters most to you. You set the agenda. Each conversation creates space to think clearly, speak honestly, and explore what’s really happening beneath the surface.

This is a judgment-free partnership built on trust ... a place to reconnect with your values, clarify what you want, and choose a way forward that feels aligned and intentional.

Coaching isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about strengthening what’s already there ... expanding perspective, building self-trust, and supporting you in becoming more of the leader (and person) you already know yourself to be.

I look forward to speaking with you about what leadership, and life, could look like next.

A stronger leadership presence
Speaking up with calm assurance,

without over-preparing or self-editing.

Ending the day feeling steady and

intact, not depleted or drained. These shifts don’t just improve performance. They change how leadership feels ... making it more natural, effective, and sustainable.

My Why

I’ve always been drawn to growth ... not as pressure, but as an invitation to see what’s possible. I’m at my best when I’m learning, being challenged, having fun, and helping others succeed in ways that actually matter to them.

During my years in corporate sales and leadership, I saw something that stuck with me. Even highly capable, successful people can slowly lose themselves under constant expectations and unrelenting pressure. Not because they aren’t strong ... but because they’ve been carrying too much, for too long.

I also saw the shift that happens when someone reconnects with who they are, clarifies what matters, and starts leading from alignment instead of effort. Leadership gets lighter. Decisions get clearer. Energy returns.

That’s why I do this work.

I believe work should energize you, not drain you ... and that real success comes from leading as your full, aligned self… with confidence, clarity, and presence.

If this resonates, it’s not an accident.
It’s an invitation ... and an opportunity for us both.

What I Do

I empower people to transform how they experience their work, their leadership, and themselves.

Not by pushing harder or becoming someone new ... but by reconnecting with who they already are, what matters most to them, and how they want to live and lead.

Along the way, something important begins to shift.

People stop asking,

"What’s wrong with me?"

And at some point, a different question begins to surface ...

"Who might I become if I allowed myself to lead this way?"

Through this work, leaders begin to trust themselves more deeply.

Decisions feel clearer. Leadership feels steadier. Confidence comes from within ... not from proving.

Instead of moving through work on autopilot, they begin exploring what their purpose makes possible. Work becomes more meaningful.

Leadership more authentic. Life opens up with more space for connection, enjoyment, and growth.

This is about learning how to work, lead, and live in a way that feels aligned ... and that supports the life you actually want to live.

That is what aligned leadership makes possible.

I believe work should bring out the best in you, not drain you.

So, that when someone asks, "How was your day?",

you can say, "It was great.", and actually mean it.

Instead of living on autopilot or carrying quiet regret, they start exploring what their purpose makes possible.

Work becomes more meaningful.
Leadership feels more authentic.

This is about learning how to work, play, enjoy, and lead in a way that feels aligned ... and that honors your values, strengthens your relationships, and supports the life you actually want to live.

See What Clients Are Saying About Brenda

“Coaching with Brenda is the thing I didn’t realize I needed. When I began our sessions, I was actively advocating for myself and a promotion at work. I was working long hours taking on a workload I thought would identify me as deserving of this promotion. I thought I was doing the right things. Brenda was able to troubleshoot what and how I communicated to better support my self-advocacy. The increased understanding of the impact of my verbal and non-verbal communication was pivotal in the weeks leading up to my offer in the new role. I also had the confidence to negotiate the initial salary proposal. Once in the new role, I continue to use these tools to establish myself as a clear and effective communicator, while maintaining healthier boundaries. I did not initially think I needed coaching or would benefit as much as I did. My growth has been a tremendously welcomed surprise.”
- S.P. - Massachusetts

“Working with Brenda exceeded all of my expectations of what my coaching experience was going to be. She helped me identify opportunities to change my thought patterns that immediately resulted in positive outcomes, and removed mental blocks so I could act on opportunities I was too afraid to take. Her coaching style was concise, fun, patient, and supportive. I am more aware of who I am and empowered to work on new thought patterns that will allow more joy in my life. This was the best investment in myself!”
J.L. – New Hampshire

“I highly recommend Brenda as a coach. The coaching sessions have been tremendously beneficial for me. I'm an "A type" personality, and my interaction with younger co-workers or subordinates had been at times “rough around the edges”. I met with Brenda bi-monthly for four months. During this time, we discussed approaches and tactics on how to effectively manage different personalities in the workplace. The strategies and insights I learned have helped to change how I interact with co-workers and have made these interactions more of a positive experience. I cannot thank or recommend Brenda enough. ”
J.F. – New Hampshire

“Brenda’s coaching facilitated a strong start to my sales career! Her sessions helped me erase any blocks to my success. Brenda coached how to think big and I achieved big! I learned behaviors that allowed me to connect with my customers. I’m very happy with the results and positivity the coaching provided.”
- M.A. New Hampshire

“I had the incredible opportunity of working with Brenda who has truly made a profound impact on my life. Her guidance and support have been instrumental in helping me navigate through various challenges and achieve personal and professional growth. What sets Brenda apart as a coach is her ability to listen attentively and empathize with my concerns. She creates a safe and non-judgmental space, allowing me to explore my thoughts and behaviors. Her insightful questions and thought-provoking exercises have provided valuable insights and a deeper understanding of myself. I appreciate Brenda’s commitment in helping me set goals and her encouragement and guidance have helped me overcome obstacles to make positive changes. Brenda is motivating and empowering in her approach with a holistic focus on well-being. I recommend Brenda for anyone seeking positive changes and personal growth. She has a genuine passion for helping others and this, combined with her expertise, makes her an exceptional guide on the path to a more fulfilling and purposeful life.”
- A.H., Ohio

“At a pivotal point with a career transition decision, Brenda guided me through a practice where I not only felt a shift, I knew what my next steps were to take action.”
- J.C., Massachusetts

Frequently Asked Questions

It's completely natural to have questions about the coaching process, especially if you're wondering how it can help you. Here are answers to some of the most commonly asked questions.

If you're wondering about anything else, please don't hesitate to contact me for further information. I'm happy to be of help.

Answers To Commonly Asked Questions

What is the process?

It all begins with the Discovery Call where we have the opportunity to connect and delve into your goals.  During this call, we’ll explore how I can provide the best support for you.  It’s crucial for us to determine if we’re a good fit, and if you believe I’m the right coach for you.  Any questions you have will be answered, and I even offer an optional mini-coaching session (10 minutes) to give you a taste of what working with me will be like.  If you decide that coaching is the right path for you, we’ll then discuss and select the package that aligns best with your needs and goals.

Where do the sessions take place?

Almost all individual sessions, which typically last for one hour, are conducted virtually through Zoom or over the phone.  The only exception to this is when a session is scheduled in conjunction with a live group presentation or coaching arrangement.  It is recommended to find a quiet, safe, and confidential space that will enable you to fully concentrate and make the most of your session.  The group or team sessions, usually 90 minutes in length, can be held virtually or in person, depending on the needs and preferences of the group.

How long are the coaching programs and how much do they cost?

The typical coaching package consists of 12 sessions over a span of 6 months.  However, it’s understandable that every individual or group has unique needs, so tailored packages to accommodate those specific needs are available.  The cost of the package is determined based on the scope of the engagement, which we discuss during the Discovery Call.  This ensures that we fully understand your goals and that I can provide the appropriate support.  Throughout the coaching process, my priority is to regularly check in with you to ensure that you are making the desired progress towards your goals.  Additionally, at the conclusion of the initial package, I offer renewal and maintenance packages to support you on your journey.  I’m here for you and fully committed to providing the guidance and support you need to achieve your goals.

How is coaching different from therapy?

All In Sync Coaching relationships strictly adhere to the ICF code of ethics and competencies.  My coaching approach partners with you in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires personal and professional growth, without offering advice, diagnosis, or treatment.  Together, we seek to unlock your inner knowledge to discover the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that will support your journey toward success.  Through coaching, the aim is to increase your awareness of any limiting mindsets and help you overcome them, enabling the development of new, empowering mindsets.  An important note…if the need arises for deep healing of the past, overcoming trauma, or any medical need, a referral to an appropriate professional will be provided for further support and guidance.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes, client coaching is held in strict confidentiality, and I prioritize the privacy and trust of all clients.  The signed client contract clearly outlines the details of confidentiality, so that all parties understand the nature and scope of the agreement.  If a client has a sponsor who pays for the sessions, the contract will clearly state, and be agreed upon by all parties, the nature and scope of the confidentiality.  This approach allows us to maintain a confidential and secure environment for clients to freely express themselves and work toward their goals.

How long will it take me to see results?

All In Sync Coaching interactions are client-centered, acknowledging that clients are responsible for their own choices, efforts, behaviors, thoughts, and growth.  Clients have the freedom to choose session topics, goals, measures of success and accountability.  Coaching provides processes and concepts that promote open-mindedness, curiosity, and flexibility, creating an environment for continuous learning and development.  In life, goals could sometimes be easier or more challenging than originally anticipated, and sometimes we shift gears in the middle.  Timelines may need to be reset to meet life’s demands.  It’s all okay, and perfectly normal.  If you notice progress, internally and/or externally, you will see your life beginning to transform.  Ultimately, you have the power to determine your thoughts, efforts, goals, and progress on your journey to achieve results.  In Sync Coaching is here to provide unwavering support every step of the way.
