You have the answers to living and working
at your peak potential... Lets unlock them...
Leadership that Works ...
Feels Lighter ...
And Still Delivers
You have the power to
achieve exceptional
results and to live life
at your full potential...
...Lets unlock it...
You know what the right decision is...
but still second-guess it once the pressure kicks in.
You leave a meeting replaying everything you said...
wondering what you should've done differently.
You wonder if leadership could feel lighter...
without lowering expectations or results.
You're capable and respected...
yet leadership still feels heavier than it should.
You hesitate to speak up until you're 100% sure...
and sometimes miss the moment.
You carry the weight of leadership home with you...
even when the day is technically over .
You perform well on the outside...
but inside you're working much harder than anyone realizes.
You succeed...
then immediately move on to the next thing without acknowleging the win.
I developed Links to Leadership™
➤ especially when the pressure hits.
Golf is the context ➤ Leadership is the work.

ICF Certified Coach, ACC (Associate Certified Coach)
CPC (Certified Professional Coach) – iPEC
ELI-MP (Energy Leadership™ Index - Master Practitioner) – iPEC
COR.E Dynamics™ Coach, specializing in four crucial areas: Leadership, Performance, Transition, and Wellness - iPEC

Golf is one of the most honest mirrors of leadership.
Not because it's about the swing, but because it reveals what shows up 'between the ears' ...
• Confidence and Self-trust
• Pressure and Recovery
• Focus vs. Distraction
• The Self-talk after a missed shot
• The ability to Stay Steady and still Enjoy the game
Leadership works the same way.
Links to Leadership™, with golf as the backdrop, creates a safe, engaging way for leaders to practice, reflect, experiment, and grow ... without judgment.
You don't need to play golf to benefit, you just need to lead.

Leadership has two experiences happening at the same time:
What you’re doing in the moment:
Leadership Skills
They're the capabilities you draw from when leadership is required ...
your communication, decision-making,
problem-solving, and actions (as others experience them).
In the moment, this looks like:
• What you say
• How you decide
• Where you focus
• How you move situations forward.
Why it matters:
Your leadership becomes visible, and your skills shape trust, momentum, and results ... influencing how others experience your leadership and whether progress feels clear
or complicated.
What you’re thinking & feeling in the moment:
Leadership Identity
It's your inner experience shaping how you lead (and usually never said out loud)...
your thoughts, self-talk, emotions, and what you take things to mean about yourself as situations unfold.
In the moment, this looks like:
• What you tell yourself before you speak
• How you interpret pressure
• Who you become when expectations are high
Why it matters:
Your inner experience quietly influences your confidence, clarity, and presence ... affecting whether your leadership feels steady and aligned, or tense and effortful.
Your skills are always expressed through your
Inner Experience.
Links to Leadership™ helps leaders align the two,
so how you lead finally matches who you know yourself to be.
The program is preceeded by the ELI™ Assessment, with a personalized, Zoom delivered, debrief for each participant.
Recognized by the Forbes Coaches Council as the #3 Assessment Every Executive Should Take, the ELI is foundational to the program, helping leaders to concretely see their current inner experience under normal conditions, and under stress.
The assessment is eye-opening, and it creates a baseline for growth.
(More ELI details listed below)

Here, we expand leadership skills, in real time, looking through the multi-dimensional lens of high-level leadership:
➤ How it impacts your own effectiveness
➤ How it impacts the experience of others
➤ How it impacts the desired outcomes
➤ What opportunities and possibilities the skill creates when applied intentionally.
This perspective allows leaders to move beyond execution and into strategic, forward-thinking leadership.
➤ This stage often brings a surprising realization:
Many leaders already have more capability than they think ...
And new confidence emerges simply by seeing their skills through a new
leadership lens.
This stage brings awareness to the inner experience of leadership ...
the internal messages and patterns that support peak performance, as well as those that may unintentionally hold them back.
It allows leaders to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity
under pressure.
Participants explore their ideal leadership identity by examining...
values, purpose, motivation,
confidence, trust, capability,
possibility, and opportunity
... and how each impact behaviors & outcomes.
➤ For many leaders, this is where something quietly shifts ... old internal narratives loosen, clarity increases, and leadership begins to feel more grounded and self-directed.

Leadership Skills + Leadership Identity = Leadership Presence
Participants practice integrating leadership skills and identity to create their personal Leadership Presence ... using real-world, high-pressure scenarios.
This stage strengthens leaders’ ability to remain clear, confident, and intentional, allowing leadership to show up consistently under pressure.
➤ This stage fills in the missing link … When leaders reconnect with who they are while doing the work, they create confidence and steadiness that carries into every situation. “I lead from who I am, wherever I am.”
Organizations may choose to add an optional L2L 18-hole Leadership Challenge™ designed to bring learning to life.
Each hole includes a custom golf / leadership prompt or challenge, creating a memorable way to practice focus, communication, confidence, and application in real time.
This on-course experience can be:
• Adapted for non-golfers
• Designed for individuals or teams
The purpose is simple: to integrate learning in a fun, meaningful, and practical way, while reinforcing confidence and connection.
* Some groups choose to include the challenge at the conclusion of a specific stage, while others use it as a capstone experience after the full program.

These shifts don’t just change how leadership feels ... they change how leadership performs.
The Leadership Challenges
Organizations Are Trying to Solve
We know that organizations aren’t just investing in leadership development.
They’re looking for relief from high-cost challenges that quietly erode performance over time:
➤ Retention issues
➤ Decision fatigue
➤ Burnout and disengagement
➤ Misalignment after meetings
➤ Leaders who carry the weight home
and show up exhausted the next day
Links to Leadership™ addresses these challenges at their source, not by adding more to leaders’ plates, but by shifting how they experience leadership in real time.
Meaningful ROI: What it Looks Like
Improved composure and decision quality
Leaders build the ability to self-regulate under pressure, think more clearly, and respond intentionally... reducing reactive decisions and stress-driven mistakes.
Stronger communication and teamwork
Shared connection & conversation creates trust, perspective, and understanding, improving collaboration and how teams work through challenges together.
A more grounded leadership presence
Leaders leave with practical ways to show up consistently... steady, confident, and aligned, even when expectations are high.
Higher engagement and sustainable energy
Instead of feeling depleted, leaders arrive with renewed focus, motivation, and alignment with organizational goals.
Lasting Impact
Because the Links to Leadership™ experience blends memory, emotion, reflection, and application, learning sticks... and shows up long after the program ends.
The Deeper ROI:
When leaders learn to manage their energy, not just their time, performance and morale rise together.
That’s the return on investment:
You empower Leaders who ...
➤ Make clearer decisions
➤ Communicate more effectively
➤ Recover faster
➤ Cultivate future leader
➤ Lead in a way that’s both
effective and sustainable
They're leaders who don’t just perform better, they feel better doing it.
Experience the Possibilities:
The Links to Leadership™ Experience can be delivered as a team event, individual leadership development session, or corporate retreat.
It’s not about perfect golf... it’s about real growth, connection, and clarity that lasts long after you leave the course or workshop.

This proprietary, attitudinal assessment supports all three stages of the Links to Leadership™ journey by helping leaders understand their inner experience, especially under stress.
The ELI focuses on the dynamic nature of your energy, providing tangible insights for actionable plans.
Delivered prior to stage 1, leaders experience the research-based assesment with custom (Zoom delivered) debrief.
It provides powerful self-awareness around:
➤ How you respond to pressure and challenge
➤ What motivates your decisions
➤ What drains your energy
➤ What fuels confidence, engagement, and clarity
➤ Patterns that might hold you back without realizing it
The ELI gives leaders a shared, non-judgmental language to understand themselves, and others.
With this awareness, leaders gain clarity, confidence, and consistency, especially in demanding situations.
THE RESULT:
Leaders don't just gain skills, they gain trust.
They don't just perform better, they feel better doing it.
They learn how to minimize the default tendencies that hold them back, and instead create powerful thoughts and actions that propel them forward.
They don't just lead more effectively, they become more of the leader they aspire to be.

Coaching helps leaders reconnect with confidence, clarity, and leadership presence ... so how you intend to lead is how you actually show up.
It begins with awareness, which
for most clients, starts with the Energy Leadership Index™ (ELI) Assessment, which brings clarity to how you think, lead, and respond... especially when things feel demanding.
From there, coaching becomes a highly personal experience, shaped around what matters most to you. You set the agenda. Each conversation creates space to think clearly, speak honestly, and explore what’s really happening beneath the surface.
This is a judgment-free partnership built on trust ... a place to reconnect with your values, clarify what you want, and choose a way forward that feels aligned and intentional.
Coaching isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about strengthening what’s already there ... expanding perspective, building self-trust, and supporting you in becoming more of the leader (and person) you already know yourself to be.
I look forward to speaking with you about what leadership, and life, could look like next.

I’ve always been drawn to growth ... not as pressure, but as an invitation to see what’s possible. I’m at my best when I’m learning, being challenged, having fun, and helping others succeed in ways that actually matter to them.
During my years in corporate sales and leadership, I saw something that stuck with me. Even highly capable, successful people can slowly lose themselves under constant expectations and unrelenting pressure. Not because they aren’t strong ... but because they’ve been carrying too much, for too long.
I also saw the shift that happens when someone reconnects with who they are, clarifies what matters, and starts leading from alignment instead of effort. Leadership gets lighter. Decisions get clearer. Energy returns.
That’s why I do this work.
I believe work should energize you, not drain you ... and that real success comes from leading as your full, aligned self… with confidence, clarity, and presence.
If this resonates, it’s not an accident.
It’s an invitation ... and an opportunity for us both.
I empower people to transform how they experience their work, their leadership, and themselves.
Not by pushing harder or becoming someone new ... but by reconnecting with who they already are, what matters most to them, and how they want to live and lead.
Along the way, something important begins to shift.
People stop asking,
"What’s wrong with me?"
And at some point, a different question begins to surface ...
"Who might I become if I allowed myself to lead this way?"
Through this work, leaders begin to trust themselves more deeply.
Decisions feel clearer. Leadership feels steadier. Confidence comes from within ... not from proving.
Instead of moving through work on autopilot, they begin exploring what their purpose makes possible. Work becomes more meaningful.
Leadership more authentic. Life opens up with more space for connection, enjoyment, and growth.
This is about learning how to work, lead, and live in a way that feels aligned ... and that supports the life you actually want to live.
That is what aligned leadership makes possible.
I believe work should bring out the best in you, not drain you.
So, that when someone asks, "How was your day?",
you can say, "It was great.", and actually mean it.

They make decisions with greater clarity.
They feel steadier, more fulfilled, and more confident in who they are ... not just in what they do.
Instead of living on autopilot or carrying quiet regret, they start exploring what their purpose makes possible.
Work becomes more meaningful.
Leadership feels more authentic.
Life opens up with more space for enjoyment, connection, and growth.
This is about learning how to work, play, enjoy, and lead in a way that feels aligned ... and that honors your values, strengthens your relationships, and supports the life you actually want to live.
That is what aligned leadership makes possible.

Believing in yourself isn’t a one-and-done thing. It comes in levels, like athletic training. Some days, belief feels easy, like an effortless walk on a sunny trail. Other days, it's a head-down, uphill sprint in the rain with your legs shaking and your breath short.

Answers To Commonly Asked Questions
It all begins with the Discovery Call where we have the opportunity to connect and delve into your goals. During this call, we’ll explore how I can provide the best support for you. It’s crucial for us to determine if we’re a good fit, and if you believe I’m the right coach for you. Any questions you have will be answered, and I even offer an optional mini-coaching session (10 minutes) to give you a taste of what working with me will be like. If you decide that coaching is the right path for you, we’ll then discuss and select the package that aligns best with your needs and goals.
Almost all individual sessions, which typically last for one hour, are conducted virtually through Zoom or over the phone. The only exception to this is when a session is scheduled in conjunction with a live group presentation or coaching arrangement. It is recommended to find a quiet, safe, and confidential space that will enable you to fully concentrate and make the most of your session. The group or team sessions, usually 90 minutes in length, can be held virtually or in person, depending on the needs and preferences of the group.
The typical coaching package consists of 12 sessions over a span of 6 months. However, it’s understandable that every individual or group has unique needs, so tailored packages to accommodate those specific needs are available. The cost of the package is determined based on the scope of the engagement, which we discuss during the Discovery Call. This ensures that we fully understand your goals and that I can provide the appropriate support. Throughout the coaching process, my priority is to regularly check in with you to ensure that you are making the desired progress towards your goals. Additionally, at the conclusion of the initial package, I offer renewal and maintenance packages to support you on your journey. I’m here for you and fully committed to providing the guidance and support you need to achieve your goals.
All In Sync Coaching relationships strictly adhere to the ICF code of ethics and competencies. My coaching approach partners with you in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires personal and professional growth, without offering advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Together, we seek to unlock your inner knowledge to discover the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that will support your journey toward success. Through coaching, the aim is to increase your awareness of any limiting mindsets and help you overcome them, enabling the development of new, empowering mindsets. An important note…if the need arises for deep healing of the past, overcoming trauma, or any medical need, a referral to an appropriate professional will be provided for further support and guidance.
Yes, client coaching is held in strict confidentiality, and I prioritize the privacy and trust of all clients. The signed client contract clearly outlines the details of confidentiality, so that all parties understand the nature and scope of the agreement. If a client has a sponsor who pays for the sessions, the contract will clearly state, and be agreed upon by all parties, the nature and scope of the confidentiality. This approach allows us to maintain a confidential and secure environment for clients to freely express themselves and work toward their goals.
All In Sync Coaching interactions are client-centered, acknowledging that clients are responsible for their own choices, efforts, behaviors, thoughts, and growth. Clients have the freedom to choose session topics, goals, measures of success and accountability. Coaching provides processes and concepts that promote open-mindedness, curiosity, and flexibility, creating an environment for continuous learning and development. In life, goals could sometimes be easier or more challenging than originally anticipated, and sometimes we shift gears in the middle. Timelines may need to be reset to meet life’s demands. It’s all okay, and perfectly normal. If you notice progress, internally and/or externally, you will see your life beginning to transform. Ultimately, you have the power to determine your thoughts, efforts, goals, and progress on your journey to achieve results. In Sync Coaching is here to provide unwavering support every step of the way.
